Monoblock Red wine bottling corking labeling machine CGY16-12-1:
Feeding bottle uses bottle screw, so make the whole machine operation more stable. All bottle contact parts made by nylon for long life usage.
Spring-loaded clamp hand washing, empty bottles with the track automatically turn 180 degrees to washing bottle with high efficiency;
This machine uses negative pressure gravity filling and the advantages of fast filling positioning and high accuracy liquid level surface by the position of the control back to the trachea, with vacuum suck system and no drop;
The machine with auto alarm system, when lack of bottle or jamming, the machine stops automatically.
The machine adopts a four knives of aluminum cap, two knives is capping thread, two sealing the bottom edge of cover and does not damage cover, reliable tight seal; Rotary cap sorter with air power caps sorting is used to not damage no damage the cover surface;
The main drive gear machine stand-alone drive, its high efficiency, low noise, long life, easy maintenance, lubrication sufficient frequency converter on the machine's main motor speed control, this machine adopts frequency step less speed regulation. The console, outsourcing base is stainless steel.
If change for another bottle size, it's easy to control the height of liquid tank by hand control.
