Complete A to Z Csd Bottling Line Equipment(DCGF18-18-6)

1. Rinsing and draining carousel

The carousel is positioned on stainless steel height adjustable feet driven by means of an electric motor. It includes the rinsing grippers with a lever sliding arm on a twist suitable for handling the bottles, two separate collection tanks for the recovery of the liquid used during rinsing, a central distribution manifold.

The carousel, on which the clamping grippers and the spraying nozzles are fixed, is supported by a large diameter bearing in order to reach a perfect balance of movement and a correct weigh distribution.

2. Filler

CSD pressure filling system with designed counter-pressure valves to guarantee the best technological and production performance.

Filler bowl profile, inclined in the area close to the filling valve allowing the highest cleaning and best draining. Both turns into the best machine cleanability since no residual is left in that critical area.

Production flexibility with possibility of very rapid bottle size change and product change time.

3. Capper

The motion of the capper is achieved by means of gear transmission from the main motoreducer of the filler.

A starwheel at the discharge of the filler brings the bottles underneath the capping heads.
