1, Main motor is the frequency speed changing method.
2, Applying two-time pushing and unscrambling device will reduce amount of empty working position and improve efficiency of output bottle.
3, Special designed dropping bottle slot can suit bottles with different length. It needn't change bottle slot and just adjust slot properly.
4, The middle of cylinder has a door for mould exchange, this makes it convenient disassemble and assemble bottle slot and treat clog.
5, The bottom of cylinder has a door for maintenance, this makes it convenient for workers entering bottom of machine.
6, This machine is equipped with manual operator for easy maintenance.
7, It has complete safety measure. When maintenance door and mould exchange door are open, machine can't start, then you can use manual operator to control machine.
8, The output bottle poking wheel of unscrambler is equipped with block bottle detector that can protect machine effectively.
9, On the umbrella shape tower at the center of unscrambler, there is a bottle detector to control stop and start of lifting machine that supplies bottle.
10, The bottle's transportation applies air convey way suspending bottleneck method to avoid bottle's turnover.
11, The outer cylinder has oil nozzle that can easily add lubricant to gears, bearing and cam.
12, The air pipeline system has pressure switch and gate valve, if compressed air can't be put through, the machine can't start too. The gate valve and the machine are interlocked and save air consumption.
13, The bottle's transportation applies air convey way suspending bottleneck method to avoid bottle's turnover.
14, At air convey way's input bottle end, there is block bottle treatment device that is driven by cylinder. When bottle is blocked, the device removes it automatically to prevent damage of unscrambler because of bottle's squeezing.
15, Stainless steel made electric cabinet controls unscrambler, lifting machine and air convey way's works through PLC.
16, Key electric components (frequency converter, PLC, photoelectric switch, relay) apply MITSUBISHI, OMRON, SIEMENS brands.
17, Air pipeline system applies SMC products.
