Big Bag Liquid Packing Machine

This machine adopts programmable controller(PLC) match touching screen to realize the man-machine interface dialogue.

Every process is design demanded to accurate control by PLC, every circle are all according to the packaging process adjusted at the man-machine interface to set up.

The whole machine has automatic rectify a decimation meter, multi-times kill bacteria, calculate exactly, sealing healthy and firmly, main parts are all made by stainless steel, matching the food hygiene request. Specially suitable for the big bag packaging.

This machine is made up four control system parts:
(1). Automatic Rectify a Decimation Control System;
(2). Feeding Film Control System;
(3). Hot Sealing, Cutting Film Execute System;
(4). Filling Water Contol System.

The Feature of Bag Drinking Water:
The volume of bag drinking water is 2 gallons/bag, have many good point, such as drink period short, water is fresh, transport convenience, seal up is good, guarantee time is long, safe and healthy. It is better than the barrel container drinking water.
