Semi-auto Milk Gable top filling machine is suitable for filling pure milk, yogurt, peanut milk, soy milk, and a variety of pure fruit juice
1.Gable top filling machine Features:
1.1. It is applicable for various specifications.
1.2. It owns intellectual property rights and many patents rights.
1.3. The machine is made by closed stainless steel and the move of cartons, top welding and bottom welding are driven by cams.
1.4. High automatization; Simple process; Easy maintenance.
1.5. This machine is a dual-purpose machine and it can also apply to paper-AL-PE laminated materials and TTM paper (plastic-paper-plastic laminated materials )
1.6. The machine uses HTST (high temperature / transient) sterilization, normal temperature filling to ensure the preservation of content for a long time.

2.1 Carton specification : 350, 500, 750, 1000ml, which can be filled in the same machine.
2.1 Production speed: 800-1200 cartons/hour (by 500ml).
2.2 Packing material: Type B carton with aluminum-foil or A type milk carton, bottom size 70mm*70mm.
2.3 Cap:with cap & without cap can be available.
2.4 Filling temperature: cold filling, 2-50ºC or hot filling, 80--94ºC .
2.5 Compressed air: Pressure:1.0-1.4Mpa, Flow rate:0.8-1.0M3/min,not oil, water & dust.
2.6 Cooling water:Flow volume:≥20L/ min Temperature:≤15ºC
