Automatic Carbonated Drink Mixer
This series drink mixer is used for all kinds of carbonated drinks' mixing. It can mix the purified water, CO2 and syrup together to be carbonated drinks.
1. Good material, perfect processing. All the parts of the machine contact with liquid are made of high quality stainless steel 304, which exactly is up to requirements regulated by internation food sanitation.
2. Full automatic with alarm system. All the pressure in the can and liquid level adjustment will be debugged automatically, via PLC to control the whole process of operation. Once there goes wrong, the alarm light and alarm ring will be on to stop the machine automatically.
3. Easy operation and debugging. This machine is easy to operate. Without changing any part, you can debug the production capacity, water, syrup match, and the gas content.
4. Complete mixing, correct match. The mulling ratio of water and syrup is seriously controlled by measure pin valve, with precision up to 5%.
5. Enough air with high efficiency. The machine adopts normal pressure to oxygenate, with the oxygenation rate is above 90%. Also collocated with plate heat exchanger to mix the sugar water, and then cool to secondary carbonation. So the air content is rich which could reach to 3 times...
