Product Description
This machine contains rinsing, low vacuum filling machine and capping machine 3in1 monoblock, This machine mainly use for beer, wine, also changed some parts can use for glass bottle, pet bottles filling/ capping for beer drink.
(1). Rinser Usually we use the pure water to clean the bottle, under the machine, set the water pump, only need to join the pure water to this pump, it will spry the water to the empty bottleThe glass bottle will be feed into the machine through the screw rod to the first part is rinsing part, there are many support seats and the bottle grippers -The grippers take the bottles from the inlet star wheel while they are still driven by the star wheel, thus guaranteeing a safe grip. -the bottle is turned upside down and centered above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position again.
(2). FillerFor the beet's foam, we have to use the special valve, to draw out the air from the liquid 2time or more. -The star wheels drive the bottles always "by the body" through the rinsing, filling and capping steps. For the various types of bottle, it is easy to adjust the structure for the operator by our specialized design. -The liquid temperature is normal temperature
(3). CapperFor the aluminum and the plastic cap the capping parts are different, in common the aluminum capsules are difficult For the caps shape, we have the pressing sealing method, screw sealing methodOperation

A4: Depending on your order: for whole production line it is 40~60 workdays. bottle or tube filling machine, labeling machine, capping machine, unscrambling machine, cansealing machine will be 30~40 days. Other simple equipment will be around 20 days. The above delivery time is calculated after receiving the down payment as well as sample bottles / tubes and materials.
Q5: Is there MOQ for your machine?
A5: 1 set is acceptable. Of course, if you order more, it will be fine and its price will be more competitive.
Q6: How to install the machine?
A6: Please do not worry. We will send you detailed video and instruction manual for your reference. Customer also can appoint your engineers to our factory to learn. Our engineers also can go abroad to install the machine well, however, customer needs to pay round air tickets, hotel and service expenses.
Q7: What is your warranty for the machine?
A7: The valid time for the warranty of our machine is one year; we will provide the spare parts to the buyer tota for free in one year, which do not include those damaged or broken parts caused by human. And the vulnerable and consumptive spare parts are also out of the range of guarantee.Buyer needs to pay for the shipping or air charges.
