Description:
This system of equipment with washing, filling and sealing function, is used for juice drinking, wine filling. By less components changed, the equipment can be used to pure water and mineral water filling.
According to the principle of advanced micro low vacuum gravity filling, our equipments are fast, stable and accurate. Wonderful stock return system assure separate air with stock when return, lessen the second pollution and oxidize.
Both filling valve and material input-output tube are clean. To assure the head of bottle clean, CIP automatic washing connector are set to purify by RO water. Capper is by magnet torque which is constant torque rotary sealing and cannot adjusted.
The whole equipment consists of the human-machine interface touch screen, PLC computer program controller, frequency converter and other advanced technique. There are many function, such as automatic cap supplier system, filling temperature self-checking testing, high temperature of stock alarm, auto-off when low temperature and stock return system, no cap when no bottle, waiting when lack bottles and auto-off when lack cap and so on.
Function characteristics:
1. The overall appearance is compact and beautiful with stainless steel structure, automatic controlled filling liquid level and adjustable liquid surface height.
2. LG PLC control, import transducer stepless speed regulation, man-machine interface operation, reliable operation.
3. The equipment contain workbench, the transmission structure, transmission base, wine cistern, chain way frame wine valve, cylinder, dial the bottle, and guide bottle lifter. The auxiliary equipment twitch the cylinder on wine valve which connect in the direction, through the lif of them to finish filling liquid.
4. I t takes the dozen plug filling block way and variable frequency speed. No bottle no cap, which ensure the process more reliable.
