Function:

The whole set of tube-style sterilization machine is especially used for one-off Sterilization of liquid

Substances such as milk, juice and drinks to make them last for a longer period through sterilization and cooling.

Homogenized after its temperature is raised to 65 ° C to 70 ° C. After homogenization, the milk is heated to 90 ° C for protein stabilizing, and the temperature will reach 120 ° C to 137 ° C for UHT sterilizing. Finally, the milk is cooled to 4 ° C~ 25 ° C and prepared for filling station.

In accordance with different requirement for heating, sterilization, heat preservation and cooling, the flow can be designed in combination, with various safety measures and high degree of automation for precise and stable control.
