Application:
This semi automatic blow molding machine is for blowing PET beverage bottle, cosmetic bottle, medicine bottle, jar etc.
Bottle Blowing Device
The two sets of bottle blowing device are placed at the upper and front part of this semi automatic blow molding machine. They are composed of a extending bar cylinder, a bottle-mouth press cylinder, blowing and pressing lump, extending bar and more components. When the compressed air comes in, the pistons of extending bar cylinder and bottle-mouth pressing cylinder goes down at the same time. The blowing and pressing lump adjusts according to the height of the bottle mouth and presses the bottle mouth tightly. This ensures no air leakage from the bottle mouth and a crystal bright PET bottle is thus produced.
Mould-closing Device
It is located in the middle part of the semi automatic blow molding machine and is composed of a mould-closing cylinder, a moving template and a fixed template. The two halves of the mould are fixed on the fixed template and the moving template respectively. The mould-closing device is driven by the reciprocating
Motion of the cylinder rod, connection plate, and the adjusting screw to carry out opening and closing of the mould.
Operation Part
The operation part of this semi automatic blow molding machine is located at the right front. It is equipped with an electric control box, where all the electric devices are installed. On the operation panel, there are key switches, power lamps, a manual and a semi-automatic switch, lifting and descending keys, blowing keys and more keys. This provides easy operation to the user.
Air Passage System
This semi automatic blow molding machine is equipped with an air compressor to supply air to the machine. This machine has two 2-position 5-way electromagnetic valves which control the opening and closing of the mould, the ascending and descending of the extending bar, and the ascending and descending of the
Bottle-mouth pressing cylinder piston. Two 2-position 2-way electromagnetic valves are adopted to control the air blowing and discharge of the mould.
