Double Heads Automatic shrink sleeve labeling machine

The knives plate assembly: Inset knife blade. The steel body structure of the deflexion mode, be used to cut the label film
Label-send drive system: Using the servo motor to send the label, in order to make the label shrink according to the decided size.
The central mould: Making the label sleeve into the mould and open the label. Enables the label be allowed to move down and cut;
Photo electricity switch rack system: Using photo electricity switch transmit signal, supplying the signal to the control system causes the label to the decided distance movement, the sensor can be adjusted, to determine the cutting position of the flake in the knife plate;
The machine-rack and height adjusting system: The entire machine uses high tension, anti-corrosive stainless steel, to support the whole machine and fix the conveyor system, and adjust the height of label-send drive system according to the bottles height
The label supplying parts: Be used to fix the label, control the labels tension of feeding, using motor reducer, conveying wheels to press and send labels
Bottle dividing screw: The bottles (without the labels), use the bottle dividing screw to make the same distance among bottles, more convenient to make the label sleeve on the bottle.
Conveyor system: Adjusting conveyors speed by using transducer to suit for the machines capacity in order to convey the bottles.
Label brush down system: Using the synchronization control system. Adjust the conveying wheels to the nether central moulds position and slightly touch the central mould. When the label passes by with a higher speed, it will easily sleeve on the bottle.
Bottle-lighten photo electricity switch frame: Can adjust the position up and down, left and right in order to feel the bottles position. And send the signal to make the machine sleeve the bottle exactly.
The brush assembly: Make use of the soft rubber to brush the label on the right position of the bottle.
Touch screen control box: It is the controlling center of the machine. It has several pages: Manual mode, auto mode. Setting page, monitor and error explain. It has several buttons which have other operation function.
Steam shrinking tunnel: Using the hot steam heat to make the label wrapped the bottle evenly and tightly paste on the bottle
