PCGF60/60/15 Beer Rinser-Filler-Capper Monobloc is an high efficient automatic liquid packing machine, which perfectly combine bottle rinsing machine, pressure filling machine and capping machine together in one unit.
Empty bottles are fed into the rinsing machine iin order by air conveyor, then be turned over and washed inside by the nozzles. After dripping, bottles are fed to the filling machine automatially to fill liquid at high speed and quality. The last process is safe and reliable capping.
(1)The combination of suspending bottle-neck clamping and the filling valve design make the bottle stable during the high-speed moving conditions. By changing a few parts, it can meet the need of production of different types of bottles easily.
(2)The new generation of stainless steel spring is used in the washing clamps, and the clamps have no contact with the area above the bottle's screw thread. So many micro-holes in the washing-nozzle are used to wash the bottom of the bottle, and this guarantees the complete wash of the interior of the bottle.
(3)The advanced micro-negative pressure-filling technology used in this machine makes the filling quick, steady and accurate.
(4)Magnetic torque is used for screw capping, and the power of screw capping can be adjusted infinitely. It can use constant power to screw the plastic caps.
(5)Advanced technologies, such as human-machine interface touch-screen and PLC computer program control are adopted in this machine.
(6)All parts that have direct contact with the water are made of SUS304 material. The critical electronic components are from famous international companies, such as Mitsubishi, Omron, etc.

(8)The air conveyor linked with the poking wheel of inlet bottle by adopting the straight connecting technology replace the inlet bottle screw and conveyor, which can realize to change the bottle shape.
