RCGF series washing-filling-capping 3-in-1 unit collects washing, filling and capping together, driven by a transmission motor. It is ideal non-gas liquid hot filling production equipment for beverage manufacturers.

RCGFmonoblock automatic hot washing filling capping unit( monobloc 3-in-1 machine) for pet bottle is a kind of advanced hot filling machine for juice beverage, and tea beverage, which developed by ourselves basing on combined with advanced international filling technology. This machine adopts hold bottom of bottles for feeding. It is only need to change a fewer parts for different bottles, so it will be suitable kinds of bottles, and steady feeding.

Filling principle is micro negative pressure and gravity filling. This special filling technology dont only improve filling speed and filling precision but also prevents from generating air bubble in filling process. Sanitation grade circulation system insures the temperature of product when filling accurately, and supplies reliable quality guarantee. The technology that catching cap continue to capping cap is brought from French and up to the lead level in nation.

Fruit juice after mixing, the beverage fruit juice passes through UHT system for instant super high temperature sterilization. After being up to technical requirement, fruit juice delivered to fill cylinder in filling machine by pump. At this time, it will not filling fruit juice, but for continuing to reflow into reflux cylinder. If the temperature is inspected without arriving at technical requirement, fruit juice return UHT system for heating again. When the temperature in reflux cylinder is checked and up to technical requirement, it will start to filling.

It will open vacuum pump when filling, vacuum ball adjustable valve make negative pressure in reflux drum be up to technical requirement. There is liquid level inspection in reflux drum, when it exceeds highest liquid level, reflux pump start to work and pump fruit juice back to UHT system; When it be up to low liquid level, reflux pump stop working. When doing CIP cleaning process, UHT system stop working, filling valves fit false bottles, cleaning solution ( acid fluid, alkali liquor, clear water ) will enter into high level cylinder, distribution cylinder, filling valves, dropping cylinder, and reflux cylinder one by one at the speed of 12Kg/cm2 pressure from liquid inlet of filling machine and then return CIP cleaning machine again. During washing process, it can open reflux pump to washing reflux cylinder in circle through washing ball on upper of reflux cylinder.
