The series equipment is used for the production of green tea, black tea and fruit juice. It integrates washing, filling, capping together. The design is scientific and reasonable. Its appearance is beautiful, operation and maintenance is convenient.
Features:
1. High speed filling valve, guarantees liquid has precise level and no waste is incurred.
2. The capping heads apply constant magnetic torque device to secure capping quality and prevent damage to the bottle cap.
3. The control system has the function of control producing speed, cap shortage detection, bottle block auto stop and production counting.

Payment: 30% deposit by T/T in advance, the balance of 70% before shipment by T/T.
Warranty: 12 months from shipment date. During one year we can provide parts for free due to bad quality, but human error is not included. From the second year, parts only collect cost price.
Shipment: Within 30 working days after receiving deposit and bottle samples.
Installation and Commissioning:
We can send engineer to help installation and debugging for the line in local of customer, also train the staff how to operate and maintenance the equipment.
The round tickets, boarding in local are done by the customer and US$100/person/day should be afforded by the customer
