CGFD Series Automatic Energy Drink Production Line

Automatic carbonated drink bottling line is a new type self-developed equipment, which bases on years' usual practice and adopt the advanced technology, and absorb many clients' views. It meets the client's requirement about filling different bottle size through one set. The suspension card bottleneck is adopted to make changing the bottle size more convenient. It can deliver the bottles automatically by blind and then washing, drying, filling, covering, capping by order automatically. This equipment employs frequent and speed adjustment system so that it can adjust the speed freely and enable the operation user-friendly. Soft drink bottling machine is mainly used in washing, filling and sealing for gas beverage( soda water, cola).

Energy Drink Production Line ---Specification
1. The suspending bottle-necks cramping design of carbonated drink bottling line makes the whole production line more stable during the working process and it also avoids malfunctions caused by the differences of thickness and height of the bottle. This design also dramatically reduces the required number of changeable parts, makes Energy Drink Production Line more convenient to change the different size bottles.
2 Energy Drink Production Line adopts advanced technology from Germany and Ital yare introduced. Isobaric filling technology is used in this machine. Filling quickly and the amount of the liquid can be controlled accurately. Also the beverage- holding tank is fully closed and the CIP interface is installed.
3. Magnetic torque is used in the carbonated drink bottling line for screw capping, and the power of screw capping can be adjusted freely. Energy Drink Production Line can use constant power screw the plastic caps and will not damage the caps.
4. Horizontal swirl wind-power cap-managing device is used to avoid damaging the surface of cap. And when there is shortage caps in the caps storage tank, cap swill be fed automatically.
5. Human-machine interface touch-screen is adopted in carbonated drink bottling line. The liquid level in the tank can be controlled automatically. The filling and capping will stop automatically when there is not bottle.
6. All carbonated drink bottling line parts that have direct contact with the beverages are made of high quality stainless steel. And the main electrical components are from famous international companies.
